Dr Reem AlQenai is an assistant professor at Kuwait Technical College and the Head of the Foundation Department and Director of Library & Resources. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics and is president of TESOL Kuwait in affiliation with TESOL International, where she is a reviewer for the quarterly journal. As a CELTA-certified educator with more than 13 years of experience, Reem taught and headed several departments in public and private universities in Kuwait. Reem’s research interests include second language acquisition, codeswitching, e-Portfolios, language assessment, technology in language learning and curriculum.
