Paul Kinnear is an assistant educational psychologist with the Northern Ireland Education Authority’s Educational Psychology Service. He holds undergraduate degrees in psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and in sociology from the University of Ulster. His professional interests include emotional health and wellbeing and Appreciative Inquiry. Paul is currently working on a project focused on supporting the wellbeing of school staff across Northern Ireland.
