Dr Rebecca Rylance-Graham is Associate Executive Dean in the Faculty of Health Science at the Higher Colleges of Technology, United Arab Emirates.
Rebecca is a dynamic nurse educator and academic leader, passionate about transforming healthcare education through creativity and connection. With expertise in play-based pedagogies, her doctoral research examined how organisational play influences student psychological wellbeing, reflecting her commitment to human-centred and engaging education. As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and co-creator of CLINGO and ScLINGO, Rebecca brings play and innovation to the heart of professional learning.
