In this conference we invite Early Career Researchers to share critical reflections on their methods and methodologies. The conference aims to provide a space for researchers to explore methods and methodologies as linked to the development of researchers’ scholarly identities. We hope to enable delegates to explore these issues in relation to the early career researcher stage, where uncertainty and experimentation intersect with academic conventions and institutional constraints.
The conference aims to be a friendly and collaborative space which provides an opportunity for ECRs to present their work and network with other researchers at a similar stage. By focusing on methodological processes, this event aims to create a generative and supportive forum for sharing methodological struggles, innovations, and insights.
