Lorraine Charles is a research associate for the Centre for Business Research at the University of Cambridge, and the founder and executive director of Na’amal, which links forcibly displaced people with remote work opportunities. She has done consultancy for the International Labour Organization, Finn Church Aid, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
