Celina Pinto is studying for an MA in Childhood and Education in Diverse Societies at Middlesex University. This interest stemmed from working in early years for over six years, which has transformed Celina鈥檚 thinking towards research about inequality in relation to leadership roles, gender and ethnicity. This MA has provided an opportunity to investigate the whole educational system in order to make a difference to children鈥檚 learning and promote inclusion, diversity and equality. Through her role as research assistant, Celina aspires to create a brighter future for children and young people through educational policies.
