Registration fees:

Registration fees include:

• Access to the duration of the conference 
• Tea, coffee and refreshments at the official break times
• A savoury and sweet buffet lunch on each day of the conference
• Access to the online programme and send messages to other delegates
• Certificate of attendance, sent after the conference (please ensure you collect your badge which registers you attended the conference)

Things to note:

• There are NO day rates, and the full registration fees apply regardless of how long you spend at the conference.
• All non member students are entitled to register at these rates but must submit a letter from their institution with their application form confirming student status. Failure to do so may result in your registration being cancelled or paying the higher fees.
• Invoicing will be available until the 22 March 2027. All invoices must include a purchase order number. After this date all registrations will need to be paid via credit/debit card online.
• Cancellations will be reimbursed in line with our terms and conditions.
