Zamir Kadodia

Zamir Kadodia is a doctoral researcher and Postgraduate Teaching Associate in Philosophy at the University of Exeter, where his PhD argues that the predictive processing framework offers a more explanatorily powerful and neurodiversity-affirming account of autism than traditional approaches such as theory of mind. His wider research develops the concept of “neuronormative atmospheres,” examining how deficit-based language does not merely describe neurodivergent experience but actively shapes the affective environments in which autistic and neurodivergent people live and move, making the shift toward neurodiversity-affirming language an ethical and political intervention, not merely a semantic one.聽聽
