Dr Pia O’Farrell is a member of CREATE, and an assistant professor of education in the area of assessment based in the School of Policy and Practice at Dublin City University. Her research focuses on the assessment of mental health in educational settings, as well as occupational wellbeing and its implications for policy and practice. She has extensive experience in the education sector and has worked as a psychologist within interdisciplinary research teams.
