Professor of Science Education at University College London
I am Professor of Science Education at UCL Institute of Education, Honorary Professor at the Royal Veterinary College, a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and a member of the DfE’s Science Advisory Council. I was the Director of Education at the Royal Society, President of the Association for Science Education, President of the International Society for Science and Religion and member of the Nuffield Council on Bioethics. My academic interests are principally in science education, sex education and bioethics.
