Jason Lang聽is a Clinical Senior Lecturer in Neurodevelopment and Honorary Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Glasgow, where he leads the Neurodiversity in Scottish Schools (NISS) project, a co-produced, participatory programme exploring how neurodivergent exclusion is produced and how more affirming forms of inclusion might be built with those most affected. His clinical and research work centres on聽neurodivergent neurotypes聽in children and young people, approached through both professional expertise and his own lived experience as an autistic clinician.聽He is lead author of the paper that anchors this episode.
