Anastasia Kalokyri is an Associate Tutor in the Institute for Education, Community and Society at Moray House School of Education and Sport, University of Edinburgh, where she completed her doctorate in 2024. Her research uses ethnographic methods and an intersectional lens to explore the school experiences of students with ADHD in Scotland, attending closely to how gender, class, race and peer culture shape neurodivergent young people’s social worlds in ways that deficit-based frameworks consistently miss.
